Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for consultations cancelled according to the terms outlined in this policy. Refunds are provided in the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
2. Cancellation Timeline
24+ Hours Before Appointment: Full refund available. No questions asked.
Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment: The full session fee will be charged. No refund available.
No-Show (Did Not Appear for Scheduled Session): Full session fee is non-refundable.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel your consultation, email us at info@brightiligamenti.world with your name and appointment date. Cancellation is effective when we receive your request.
4. Rescheduling
We allow one free reschedule if requested 24+ hours before your appointment. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
5. Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 1-2 business days to appear in your account.
6. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
If we cancel an appointment due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, emergency), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.
7. Non-Refundable Items
Educational materials, guides, and resources provided during consultations are non-refundable once accessed. Digital resources cannot be returned.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, please contact us within 30 days of your appointment with details. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
9. Consumer Rights
This refund policy does not limit your consumer rights under New Zealand law. You may have additional rights as a consumer that are not listed here.
